Return and Refund Policy

Pillows

Jolaali Pillows can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product has a defect. The customer will be able to return the pillows only in cases of:

  • Deformity, damage after 48 Hrs of opening

  • Stitch defect, fabric damage

  • Deviation from specification

  • Hollow filling

- The return policy is not applicable under the following circumstances, but not limited to:

  • Customer inflicted damage to pillow, pillow neatness

  • Missing product label

Jolaali Pillows can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. The return will be no questions asked if the pillow did not meet your expectations in terms of quality.

- In case of return, you would be refunded the entire amount to the channel which you paid for the pillows once they reach our warehouse.

- The return of the pillows is not applicable under the following circumstances, but not limited to:

  • There is a manufacturing defect informed to Jolaali after 10 days of delivery

  • Customer inflicted damage by non-intended use

  • The product label is missing

To avail the return policy, the pillow should be unwashed and the product label must be attached to the pillow.

Warranty

Jolaali Pillows come with a 90-day warranty period from the date of delivery.

- You should retain the warranty card, brand tags on the pillow and the purchase invoice to avail the warranty.

- The limited warranty covers only the following under normal intended use conditions:

  • Hollow filling

  • Unevenness, undulation on pillow surface

Procedure to return

Step 1: Inform Jolaali about the problem (via e-mail, call or chat option on website) along with the invoice, product images and product label.

Step 2: Jolaali will validate the same and post confirmation, return will be initiated at no cost to you.

Step 3: Jolaali will send a gunny bag and the customer is required to place the pillow in it and keep it ready to be picked up. Customer to inform Jolaali once the process is complete.

Step 4: Jolaali will pick the product and inspect the received product and proceed with the claim status.

Step 5: Refund is initiated to the original source of payment (netbanking, wallet, etc). Refund duration will be a maximum of 7 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order anytime prior to shipment.

Mattresses

Jolaali Mattresses can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product has a defect. The customer will be able to return the mattress only in cases of:

  • Deformity, damage or sagging/shrinkage after 72 hrs of decompression

  • Stitching defect or fabric damages

  • Deviation from specification - size, fabric & foam

- The return policy is not applicable under the following circumstances, but not limited to:

  • Damage caused by sharp objects while opening the package

  • Instructions on the manual were not followed while decompressing the mattress

  • Missing product label

Jolaali mattresses can be replaced/returned within 100 days of the delivery date.

- The return will be no questions asked if the mattress did not meet your expectations in terms of quality.

- In case of return, you would be refunded the entire amount for the mattress, once the mattress reaches our warehouse.

- The return of the mattress is not applicable under the following circumstances, but not limited to:

  • If you have ordered a custom sized mattress

  • There is a manufacturing defect informed to Jolaali after 7 days of delivery

  • Customer inflicted damage by non-intended use

  • The product label is missing

Procedure to return
